Case study

The private hospitals of Belle Isle, St. Blandine and St. André began the creation of the Robert Schuman hospital. The Boards of Management united to build the third biggest health care centre in the Lorraine region.
The M&G GROUP took up a general assistance and support role right from the planning stage. This mission continued until the new hospital was operational in the third quarter of 2011.
Planning was carried out in conjunction with the project management team, thus streamlining and optimising the spaces and functions.
The cost of the project was rigorously managed from the Planning phase to the Works phase.
