EPS B.Durand – Sainte Genevieve des BOIS

The EPS (Public Healthcare Facility) Barthélémy Durand decided to transfer 5 adult hospitalisation psychiatric units to Sainte Geneviève des Bois, to move closer to the patients’ residence.
The M&G GROUP adapted an existing pre-plan design, reworking the logistical flows leading to the site and incorporating an environmental approach (site integration, energy management, integrated product choices, construction systems and processes, acoustic comfort).
The M&G GROUP drafted a detailed technical plan and followed the design-realisation process for the project, deploying all its team’s skills: planners, engineers, construction economists and legal consultants.
The M&G GROUP assisted the EPS Barthélémy Durand during the whole completion phase of the works by coalescing the design-realisation element of the project.
